The Honeybean ice cream recipes have been engineered to be super premium ice cream with a quality mouth feel that makes a small amount of ice cream pack an enormous amount of flavor. All Honeybean ice cream recipes are sweetened with honey farmed in Northwest Arkansas.

Carson and Hunter met while working on a school project with the goal of starting a business. Married in 2022, this ice-cream truck is the first step in their dreams of owning their own company. Hunter is an ice-cream connoisseur, creative dreamer, and brains behind the operation while Carson is a supportive full-time taste tester with an expertise in financials. Together they hope to bring joy through ice cream and entrepreneurship.
What makes our Ice Cream so good?
Let's start by understanding the defining categories of American style scoop ice cream - Regular, Premium, and Super Premium.
Regular ice cream brands usually target a broader audience, prioritize lower cost, and use higher overrun (more air) and lower milk fat than premium brands. This is brands like Breyers, Edy's, and Great Value.
Premium ice cream is a medium grade ice cream with a higher milkfat percentage and a lower amount of incorporated air. Premium ice cream is heavier, melts slower, tastes creamier than regular ice creams. This is brands like Blue Bell (some flavors are regular), Tillamook, and Ben and Jerry's.
Super Premium ice cream is the highest quality of American style ice
cream. It is designed to be dense, creamy, and ultra-rich. This ice
cream is typically more expensive due to it's ingredient make-up and
density. This is brands like Haagen Dazs, Jeni's, and Salt and Straw.
